Dre Curtis

Dre Curtis,4, was involved in a serious road traffic accident in which members of his family were killed. Dre himself is in stoke mandeville hospital, he is now sadly paralysed and cannot come home until a special wheel chair is purchased. The whole of Torrington is fundraising for the cause, and we have decided to donate £1000 to the family to use as they feel fit at this sad time. Vanessa who has MS requests funding for a new electric chair

Vanessa who is the daughter of an ex cavalier and is suffering with MS, asked whether we could help with the finance for a new electric scooter.

We agreed to help but instead of donating straight from our limited funds we organised a race night on Saturday 9th October 2004. With the help of family and friends we raised over £1300. Vanessa needed £600 so the balance was left to go towards normal cavalier expenditure.
