Saturday 3rd April at the Plough Arts Centre saw the launch of the Cavaliers Book celebrating 40 years of the cavaliers since 1970.

Written by local author Bob Brewer and financial assistance provided by the Great Torrington Alms House, Town Lands and poors Charities. We cannot thank them enough.

We would also like to thank the Plough for allowing us the use of the facilities free of charge.

The launch was very well attended and Bob & Chris Stacey both gave their views of the book in front of slideshow on the big screen. Afterwards in the gallery a DVD of the Victory bonfire was played while our guests had a drink of wine and bought signed copies of the book.
