Draw prize presentation - Gibraltar 2015
As usual we like to have something unique for our draw prize and Gibraltar Crystal have made us a fantastic commemorative bowl. Gibraltar Crystal is situated in Casemates square and 3 of our Torrington Friends, Paul Alexander (Zoony), Stuart Shute and Stuart Quick, make the crystal which is shipped all over the world.
10 cavaliers travelled to Gibraltar last weekend for a hand over ceremomy of the bowl outside the factory and showroom;

We then walked to the Fire Station (Trumpton) for a photo;
and then up the rock to see the view and the 4 wise monkeys!
It was a hard climb so afterwards we headed to the Lord Nelson, Casmates Square for the rest of the day, evening, morning..........;
We had an international, well Cavaliers v Gibraltar, darts match which we lost 2:1 and zoony and his band played on Friday evening.

Our thanks go to Gibraltar Crystal, Zoony and the 2 Stuarts, Stevie Palmer who took us to where we wanted to go, Zoony`s band for a fanastic evening and to all my fellow cavalier friends for a fabulous weekend in Gibraltar.
