New Mayor becomes Cavalier

At the Mayor making ceremony last night Tuesday 17th May Councillor Richard Rumbold was sworn in as Mayor of Torrington for the next year.

Pictured are Richard and his wife Helen. 

He is now a member of the cavaliers for his term. I am sure he will help us wherever and whenever he can especially as he does not drink and has car!!!!
